Payment

All online payments are processed through East Hills Cleaners’ secured payment system. I understand by inputting my payment information, or orally given card information on the phone, it is authorization as payment for services rendered prior to laundry delivered. If you wish to no longer have your card stored on our secure system, please submit a written request to info@easthillscleanersny.com to have it removed. 

East Hills Cleaners reserves the right to change prices at any time. If additional services outside of the customer’s initial request are requested, the customer authorizes East Hills Cleaners to charge the fee for such services to his/her credit card on file. East Hills Cleaners reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, disrupt and/or terminate a customer’s account and the services to be provided to the customer in the event an invoice is not fully paid. 

If a payment by check is returned from the bank, the customer will be charged the cost of the bounced check fee, and the customer account will be flagged with cash only status.
